the location was particularly good and excellent for traveling around dubai, near to mall and restaurants, shops in the area and the " garden " which is basically the center of the building. we booked a suite with a very clean bed.

Got the same neat premium suite with garden view booked online, liked that. A seating area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk were there too.

Unboxing my experience
The staff treated us like royalty, particularly Latifa, who was helpful and informative. The housekeeping was on point, keeping our Beautiful Twin Room immaculate. The delicious breakfast fueled our mornings, and the location made exploring the area easy. Highly recommended!

The hotel had an ideal location close to Aizone. Shopping centers and a market were right next door. I asked for a double room with a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar, it was luxurious.
There was very uncomfortable bed in my room.

A neat hotel, very close to the big mall. Breakfast is fine. But if you compare it to the Thai ones (for the same money), it's more modest.
Some inconvenience for smokers). It was inconvenient in terms of plan, if you want to smoke, you have to go to the "winter garden". It's kind of stuffy in there, but okay. If you want a drink (we drank champagne), just in your room. So when you drink champagne, you can't tighten your cigarette. For you can only smoke outside, and drink only in your room. This is such nonsense. It's a small pool. It's not a word at all. I had to ask for shampoo or they wouldn't give it to me for some reason...

Good location, . Close to the Mall of Emirate, 5 minutes walk. Spacious and bright room.
Taxes are too high. has cooled us down a lot, unfortunately. Big problem during the breakfasts, first day they wanted to charge us for 2 breakfasts whereas we had a family apartment for 4, last day there was already nothing left at 9:30 (breakfast until 10:30), no restocking was done despite many complaints and especially for the price we paid we did not even have 1 coffee... regrettable for an establishment of this standing!

We hit up the Mall of the Emirates for some shopping and enjoyed the indoor arcade games at Magic Planet nearby. The super nice team, and our Beautiful Twin Room was comfy and spacious. Definitely check out the breakfast, so many options!
Only downside was that the check-in process could be a bit slow, but it wasn't too bad overall.

The breakfast spread was excellent, especially with the live stations for pancakes. Plus, being just 5 minutes from the metro made visiting Mall of the Emirates super easy.
In my kids' opinion, the hotel should provide more information about room arrangements for families. The double bed wasn't suitable for four, made things a bit uncomfortable.
